The WIPP™ water-inflated property protector is designed to control floodwater. The WIPP™ System relies on a patented internal baffle system for stability and is manufactured from industrial-grade, vinyl-coated polyester membrane material. The WIPP™ System is characterised by being lightweight, rapidly deployed and removed, compact in storage, repairable and reusable.
Available sizes range from 0.3 metres high (1 ft) up to 2.4 metres high (8 ft) and 3 metres (10ft) to 50 metres (150) feet long. Custom sizes are available.

1 Effective Flood Protection Height is the height of water that the flood barrier will withstand. In the case of the WIPP™ System this height includes any wave action. 2 Freeboard is the amount of flood barrier that needs to be above the water level. Important Freeboard Information 3 Overtopping is the ability of the flood barrier to withstand water overflowing the barrier. 4 Base Width is the amount of flat or nearly flat ground needed to support the barrier.
